Possible? Town Buildings

Would it be possible to put some building or stuff from the town in your village like example the shoe shine guy or have the town fountain... or maybe a theatre in your village?

I know its maybe impossible but just a crazy idea and question 2 :

with the teleport code can we teleport to the town?
