They're in the Shop Channel.

Shop means buying the channels (or if their free, free), Nintendo is very hard on warez on the Wii.

my friend knows alot about computors and his bro wit games and hardware they told me that if you
have an iso/cso for the wii the will track you down and
take your wii or something like that

well, you would need a modchip for that, and a few claim to be undetectable. (don't know if that's true or not though)
