Help with Text To Item V3

The most recent text to item code is giving me trouble.. I have deleted it and reentered it 2 times already and it works fine for me no wifi, but on wifi in someone esle's town it just don't work..any solutions? :\ To clarify, yes I am using the right version of the code and I have an ARDS not max duo

Tell me what was your procedure, like what did you do

Ok, from the AR startup screen

-turn text to item on
-hit start
-ACWW loads up
-I get out of my bed
-I go to gate
-Go to my friends town
-type in a random hex (001c)
-hit start and select
-Nothing appears

Right now I have the coordinate modifier on, the fake sleep on and Master code on.

try only having TtI code on, Nothing else
