i have a 4.0 wii system, could this be a problem for my wii speak not working on the conduit?isnt 4.0 the same as 4.1?so theres no reason to update,

If you didn't update to 4.0 from Nintendo, you missed the update for the Wiispeak Channel. It is now at 2.0 and has to be updated to work now.
my wiispeak channel is already at 2.0

yes,but it doesnt work for the conduit only.

Yeah, just read other thread on this. The only thing that come to mind is that it may have been a badly burnt game. I do believe that it is from what i read. If it is a burnt game, I would reburn at a slower speed or find a different copy to burn.
