Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I thought I could ask this in this thread instead of making a new one.

There's different villager house textures aside from the "generic" textures depending on your region - in Europe/Australia there's red brick and log cabin houses, North America has pink and green wooden houses, and Japan has their own two styles as well.

So I'm wondering how can I replace the Eur/Aus house graphics with the Japan house graphics? Simply extracting, renaming and replacing the fieldEur/fieldJpn.arc-files didn't quite work, as I did this, all I got was the generic house textures, the region specific house graphics just vanished. D: Yeah, I'm n00b with this stuff...

Obviously I would be the only one who would see this change in the game, but it doesn't matter since I rarely wifi. :P

Unless someone could make some type of HDLC that is used as an accessory, but only changes the eye color.

I've been thinking the same thing for a while! Another way to do it is if someone made "Male arch eyes" with Itemtool (but made the eyes red xD) That would be an awesome HDLC accessory! =D

I would love to see in Animal Crossing City Folk, an editer to change what music plays for what K.K Song you put in. Imagine, you walk into your house and you can put in Bad Romance by Lady Gaga. Wouldn't that be awsome. I think that would really be a cool tool and it would get people to play the game more because then they could listen to their music while playing.
