    create a windmill seed after already getting a lighthouse in your town?

    That would be awesome! Although I'm guessing it's not going to happen if it is done via seed. Far too dangerous *sigh*

    Buildings aren't even items. You cant make them a seed. You change the coords of the buildings. then have to put it in actoolkit to correct the checksums. No, I'm not giving the address to the coords. Don't ask.
