well FMK sent me the code before to 'move' the windmill to the center of my town... but the center of my town (according to actoolkit) is river water so its not showing up.... that or the actoolkit wont show both windmill and lighthouse.... lighthouse i got legit but i cant get the darn windmill placed

Buildings aren't even items. You cant make them a seed. You change the coords of the buildings. then have to put it in actoolkit to correct the checksums. No, I'm not giving the address to the coords. Don't ask.
