Nope, the save file(s) are not encrypted until they are moved to the SD card. They are saved on your Wii in the decrypted state.

Oh and if you wanted to know, I tested the emotions too, all 4 slots work fine. ^_^

Yeah, thats why I left that place, I was chrono from there. I got pissed when I heard they banned you from there.
