Just updated. No ill effects on homebrew. BootMii still works as Boot2 AND as IOS. I think it is just a bug fix for Wii Sports Resort, but there could be more.

So we can still use ACToolkit in 4.1 just like any other system menu? Weird...what did Nintendo mean by that then...?

Honestly I think it's mainly for copy protection, not hacked game saves. They probably tried to remove them, but failed greatly.
You can edit your game save without worrying about it being removed, as all it does is add/edit things as if you did it in-game.
