    You can do so much hacking with AC and all the Item Editing ****. So I thought, Is it possible to make an tool to edit the textures of buildings or even Acres....It's just a question...

    Even if you do that, it won't be visible to other people. That's why the item stuff is so fun, because with DLC you can show off your stuff to everyone else.
