    Default System Menu 4.3

Eh, yeah just got the message for it.

Seems to do nothing but remove homebrew as usual.

Yea, but does it still apply the new loader to the wii causing the brick? I keep hearing people cry that MH3 will be blocking wii's from online if its not up to date.

I highly doubt it. Updating is completely an option, and they can't just go around banning people for there Wii not being updated. (How do they even check anyway?)

That would be stupid. I think you might be able to make a lawsuit out of it anyway, so Ninty isn't going to risk that.

I think Nintendo is over reacting to home brew. Two updates in a row made just to stop home brew now thats just stupid.

Not sure. It would probably be a piracy measure.

Nintendo doesn't ban you because your Wii isn't up-to-date. Think of all the grandmas and grandpas which bought a Wii. They only bought it to play Wii Sport and their Wiis aren't connected to internet. And if your not connected to internet your Wii can't be up-to-date...

Well then they couldn't be banned from it. I wouldn't think they are.
