animal crossing edit help

Hey like I said I am way Noob at this and I know I shouldn't be telling you that but its the truth. I want to edit my animal crossing game but not really hack it. I know some one who has done it and though I had a good handle of what I should do but ... it didn't work.

I know I need to save my animal crossing file on my SD card but the wii will not let me. It is a card that I using form some one else and its got some twlight save on that the guy used to edit his game. I bet you have some thing about this in the forums but I can't find any thing. If some one could just point me in the right way that would be nice.

You're going to have to use the savegame extractor/installer to even edit your file. Though you're going to have to know how to do homebrew first.

thanks for the info ... I did look that up and found that 4.3 update on my wii making it very hard to do along with the need for my own SD card.
