Can I run SaveGame Extractor from my SD card?

I downloaded it on my pc, but the readme instructions are horrible. My wii is new, no homebrew, nothing installed other than the nintendo update. I just want to make me a new town on animal crossing with the ac toolkit. But I have no idea of the things i have to do.

Like i said, the instructions on the save game extractor are pretty bad. I downloaded it and save game installer on my pc, so, do i put it on my sd card and run it from the wii? what exactly is it i need to do?

Readme intructions are fine.. if its not on your wii how do you plan to get the gamesave?.... Annnd last time I looked you cant run .elf or .dol files on your computer easily. Also next time please only make one topic Thanks
