On the version i have you do a ctrl prnt screen and it automatically has everything cropped out etc. so you just have the screens.. it may also apply for videos.

I know that, but I just don't know if anyone made a program that allows you to take a video of certain windows. (why is everyone replying now? I made this thread awhile ago 0_o)

Actually, you can use Camstudio, a free screen recording utility. It will let you choose what part of the screen you want to capture. Simply select the part with the emulator and don't move the Emulator. I'm presuming you have a Windows based computer.

I think I used to use BrotherSoft which was ideal because it output avi's ready for youtube upload, there is a watermark though in the unregistered version.
