As far as I know, you just do it like you would regularly in a game...
trainer toolkit wont work over wifi, ds to ds is just like normal.

Thought DS to DS was the same as Wifi Addresses...
Nope Wifi has to go to Nintendo to connect you to your online friends ^^

Ok, I just wanted to make sure. Because for some strange reason I usually I get errors over ds to ds.(But I think thats because I was using 1 cartridge..)
Now that I know it works, I will stop trying wifi, and start trying ds to ds more often.
