Basically, it's saying that Nintendo should release some sort of patch that stops the grass from deteriorating as you run over it. The guy who made this said that he will present the petition to Nintendo once it gets a substantial amount of signatures. So, please spread the word and sign it.

Any sort of patch would require players to send their games to Nintendo. It will never work the way they think it will. Why don't they just walk? You only lose grass when you run.
