Huh, it worked great for me on XP.
Make sure you don't have something like Skype running, or a firewall blocking it.

OK, when you say your computer crashed, do you mean to the point to where you must restart it?
If so, I'm not really sure why it isn't working for you. No one has had their computer crash using Python before. O.o

Ok, i relooked everything, now my computer just wont let the programs work.

Try running it as administrator. Maybe uninstall/reinstall? Also, maybe 3.1.2? Python 3.1.2
