    I wasn't arguing.. >_>

Say what you mean, mean what you say, and let your actions speak for you.

Yeah, I've tried everything available, but it keeps complaining about the bitmap format not being understood.

Tried MSPaint/PBRush, GIMP and Paint.NET. Running Windows XP. None of the bitmaps can be changed, saved, then imported. The tool complains.

You might want to add this problem to the to-do list, to fix the bitmap incompatibility. I'll wait for a future release and hope I see some support. Great tool regardless, though.

I think they are presets to specific dates

Yes, and easy to add -- will be in next version.
In AC:CF its part of the NPC data in the gamesave. It was hard coded in the older AC:WW version.

    Question Wolf problem

I can't seem to edit wolves... when I click import textures, it says bitmap format not understood.
I used Paint and I can edit with mostly everything else.

There is a bug when handling the larger textures (256 or 262 pixels high). Will be fixed in next update (coming soon). Keep your edited BMPs.
I think that's what hit other people. In the mean time, play around with the smaller textures (128 or 134 pixels high), like Cats or Frogs http://www.aibohack.com/wii/accf_npctex.htm

    Hello guys,

Someone want to edit Animal Villagers' names for the six other languages before waiting the next version of NPC Tool ?

You can do this with a hexadecimal editor, I have found that for 15 minutes.

PS : Sorry if I have a bad English, I'am French.

Your English is fantastic for a second language!

Mon Français d'une part n'est pas aussi bon.
Voulez-vous dire que cela te prend 15 minutes au converti ou cela t'a pris 15 minutes au converti ?
