They where made by users using DsPet's Item_Editing Tool, they are just test items and cant be released as HDLC/OHDLC, they could but there are only 2 people that know of how to.

I know the item tool is discontinued but how do you make the items posted here usable in real towns instead of the test town? Like make ohdlc or something out of these posted items
