the only way i can get this to work is if i put the patview.exe and patterns and the contents of the accf RUUE folder all into one folder... also the program worked for my patterns and able but the villagers must be labeled diff compared to how they are in the npc editor cuz i made changes comparing the two programs numbers and my poncho's shirt didnt change... although he has a legit accf shirt on now not a pattern if that means anything.. overall the editing and the swapping works well.. thanks for putting time into stuff like this cuz we do appreciate it

edit: yeah i changed jays able pattern shirt to an edited different pattern successfully... but official accf shirts to patterns dont work i guess

The NPC patterns aren't what they're wearing (necessarily).

If they aren't wearing a pattern it wont show. Its for editing the pattern (if they are wearing one) i.e. if the pattviewer shows a solid color as the npc pattern, they aren't wearing a pattern.>_>

Say what you mean, mean what you say, and let your actions speak for you.

It imports to the save. If your neighbor isn't wearing a pattern shirt, it's not going to do that for you. It's not designed to do that, I'm afraid.

BTW: that will be in the next version of NPC_Tool. You can change the shirt to any of the builtin ones, or specify the NPC's personal pattern.
