Here is another NPC texture I made:
It's Mew from the Pokemon Series. I took the idea from the never released Mew from "Reiko's AC:CF Blog". It has the Normal Female personality (Mew doesnt have a gender but thats the personality that fits more the character IMO) Its birthday is July 18th (The day the first Pokemon Movie was released) ant it's using a "No.4 Shirt". Hope you like it :P

It is using an "A Shirt" but I want to make a custom shirt for it later. Also I didn't make any mouth animations because the character doesn't need to move lips to talk in the movie. Hope you like it :P
