Good find. The video shows a number of hacks, including "runtime hacks" (ie. cheat codes and/or USB Gecko memory mucking around).
People have hacked the existing Master Sword model to fix the tip, and you can use it in your local town (using the ITEMTOOL patch). BUT all the hacked Master Sword models I've seen are too big to fit as a true DLC (ie. you can take a screen shot of the item in your local town, but you can't share it with your friends).
