HI i have a question i just downloaded homebrew channel 4.2u and i go to it and nothing comes, up i think i need apps? i wanted to get actoolkit for animal crossing city folk but i need a savegame installer and extractor does anybody know how to get it

For a heads up, SDHC cards will not work with these two.

ok thanks a lot i downloaded it to the sd card, so now do i just go to the homebrew channel and will it pop up

this may sound really stupid but i read that and i copy'd them both to my sd card and what do i do next. and when i had them both in my sd card i put it in my wii and went to the sd card and then the loadboot.dol came up like it always does and it just took me to what io wanted to download

The rest should be pretty much self explanatory...

The HackMii Installer should load, press one on the "this could be a scam blah blah" screen, then press A on "Install Homebrew Channel"

but i already have the homebrew channel. i was wondering how i get the extractor and installer on there. i loaded up the homebrew channel and the installer and extractor arent there. i might just forget about even trying to hack

Extract the files sonic gave you to a folder called "Apps" on your sd card. Now pop the SD card in and start the HBC. The apps will display. Your SD MUST be plugged in while using the apps.
