The R4 Team has developed a R4 to run on Dsi Menu 1.4

No. It could run DSi enhanced roms that are running in DS mode.

What do you mean by loading speed? It would be the same speed as any DS rom because it would be in DS mode. THe flashcart itself runs in DS mode. If it ran in DSi mode than everything would be faster.
